DescriptionThe accompanying paper by Mr Budge was [passed] to the Physics and Chemistry Sectional Comittee to decide whether the paper is the kind of paper which the [Royal] Society should accept. There was some doubt so it was decided that it should be sent to two referees. Need to decide whether the paper should be accepted at all and whether the Society should accept it given the it has already published two papers on the subject [? orientation].
