DescriptionA notice was sent to Captain [William de Wiveleslie] Abney informing him that the Committee of Papers had decided to publish his paper on 'The Colour Sensations in terms of Luminosity' in the 'Philosophical Transactions [of the Royal Society]'. Marked extracts from the referee's reports were also sent.
