TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to John William Strutt, 3rd Baron Rayleigh
Date2 March 1888
DescriptionDiscusses the particulars of three papers.

A referee for George Stillingfleet Johnson's paper 'On Kreatinins' recommends that two of the three figures be cut from the paper so Rix is getting a revised estimate of costs. Rix details the history of Captain William de Wiveleslie Abney's paper, and asks whether he may proceed with the plates without waiting for the manuscript. Rix also asks if it is necessary for Lockwood's paper to go to a fourth referee as he does not understand why, but as the minutes are clear he will send it to Dr Cleland.
