|Title||Copy letter from Herbert Rix, to Rev George Henslow, Drayton House, Ealing|
|Date||29 May 1888|
|Description||Henslow's letter of 12 May was presented to the Council of the Royal Society at their last meeting, and they resolved that the original drawings should be returned to him. Rix asks whether he would prefer them to be sent by registered post or collect them in person. |
Although the rules of the Society do not allow them to return the manuscript which will be retained in the Society archives, the President and Council have given permission for a copy to be taken.
