DescriptionTheir estimate for work to the Royal Society, fifty-three pounds and ten shillings, is accepted on the condition that it is completed by the end of August.

It will not now be possible to allow their men to work on the staircase or Officers' Room on 30-31 July, and so asks if they can work on the porter's rooms on those days. If not, it will not be possible to begin work until Wednesday 1 August, or it could be deferred until the following Tuesday if they prefer.
