DescriptionThinks it improbable the Royal Society and electrical engineers will agree upon a report and it is therefore most important the Society obtain evidence to show that insulation is not unreasonable. Understands that Preece holds this view and has written to Preece to communicate with Perry. Has also written to [William Edward] Ayrton. Asks Perry to do what he can in the next few days to prepare the case. Is leaving town till Monday and provides temporary address.
