DescriptionIn making up the accounts of the Rumford Medal for the award this year, the Society finds that the balance in hand includes a sum of £2-4-1 for Income Tax recovered which had not been collected when the award of the Medal was made to Lodge. Therefore encloses a cheque for the amount mentioned and asks for acknowledgement.
