DescriptionProfessor [Arthur William] Rucker, before he left England last week, sent in a paper by Professor Wood of Wisconsin and asked Harrison to call Clifton's attention to the enclosed letter from the author [not enclosed], and to ask if Clifton considers the paper to be disqualified for the purposes of publication by the Royal Society by its having been sent to the 'Astrophysical Journal'. If Clifton thinks the paper should be disqualified Harrison has instructions for dealing with it otherwise.
