DescriptionReplies to his letter to regretfully inform him that the Royal Society has not yet received an acta or report of proceedings of the recent meeting of the International Association of Academies in Paris. He will happily send it along if one does arrive.

Asks him to insert a notice in 'Nature' explaining that the Ladies' Coversazione of the Royal Society will not be held this year, due to the death of Queen Victoria.
