TitleCopy letter from Arthur [William] Rucker, to Robert Bellamy Clifton, [Fellow of the Royal Society]
Date11 June 1901
DescriptionWhat looks like a very good experimental paper by R W Wood on 'Anomalous Dispersion of Sodium Vapour' has been submitted. Rucker suggests Silvanus Thompson as a referee. It has been submitted for 'Proceedings [of the Royal Society]', but Rucker asks Clifton if he thinks they should ask Thompson whether it could be considered for 'Philosophical Transactions [of the Royal Society]', as it is rather long.
