DescriptionHarrison has drawn up a minute about the National Physical Laboratory matters from the papers in the Council portfoilo, but he cannot make out the rota of retirement of the governing body which [Richard Tetley] Glazebrook suggests should be drawn up by the Council, so he is leaving that for Rucker to fill in.
