DescriptionRucker explains the Royal Society regulations regarding the receipt of papers, their submission to referees and their acceptance or rejection. Advises him to complete his observations and ask some Fellows of the Royal Society if they will communicate his paper when it is formalised. Assumes there will be no difficulty in complying with the regulations, and if he does not know any Fellows, then he should write to Rucker again.
