| Description | Harrison has been directed by the Physiology Committee of the Royal Society to say that his proposal for an investigation into Beri-beri in Christmas Island has been referred to them by the Council with a view to that body assisting the projected Expedition. The Committee have considered the proposal, but before expressing their opinion upon it think it would be desirable to have full and precise details of Sambon's plan of research.
