DescriptionIn reply to Saunders' letter of 18 September, Chapman thinks it might be possible for Saunders to consult volume VII of the 'Proceedings of the Royal Society' at the Plymouth Institution. If this is impossible the Society could send the number containing Garcia's paper 'Observations on the Human Voice', upon receipt of one shilling and six pence, plus one penny for postage.
