DescriptionIn reply to Lockyer's letter of the previous day, Harrison will despatch the copies of Lockyer's Eclipse Report to the Admiralty. Regarding the other matter mentioned in Lockyer's letter, his paper 'Discussion of the working hypothesis that the so called elements are compound bodies' is in the 'Proceedings [of the Royal Society]', volume 28 page 157, under the title 'Researches in Spectrum Analysis in connexion with the Spectrum of the Sun. No. VII'.
