The Bank of England have raised an 'absurd' objection to the Power of Attorney executed last week and explains how he has proceeded in the matter, noting they seem to make fresh difficulty every time the Society needs to seal a document for them. Annotated the since writing this he has heard from [Messrs] Robarts that the bank has withdrawn their objection and the sale has been completed.
