DescriptionIn reply to Huggins' note, Harrison sent him the list of toasts last night immediately after it was settled by the Dinner Committee. Has telegraphed on Huggins' message about the toast of the legislature to Sir M Foster, who left for Cambridge an hour before Huggins' telegram arrived. Will wire directly he receives a response from Foster.
