DescriptionHas his correspondent's letter and enclosures of 15 December and in reply is directed by the Secretaries to point out that the Royal Society is concerned only with pure science and cannot therefore, take any steps in the matter referred to in his correspondents letter, which appears rather to be a matter for the Society of Arts. Can forward the communication to that Society if desired.
