DescriptionSir M Foster has asked Harrison to let Huggins know that he has seen Mr Ritchie and is, on his advice, communicating with Sir Arthur Biggie, the Price of Wales' Secretary, with a view to arranging an interview with either Huggins or himself or both, regarding the Prince's attendance at the proposed dinner and admission. Foster is also to write formally to the Home Secretary regarding the King's [Edward VII] attendance at the Soiree.
