DescriptionEsher's letter of 22 December stating that Her late Majesty The Queen had granted to the Commissioners of Works Bushy House and Grounds for the uses of the National Physical Laboratory, under the directions of the Royal Society, has been laid before President and Council. Foster has the honour of informing him that the premises have been accepted on the conditions outlined in his letter.
