DescriptionFoster directs Bigge to convey sincere thanks to the Prince and Princess of Wales for their kind offices yesterday in opening the National Physical Laboratory. The President and Council of the Royal Society rejoice that from the felicitous weighty words spoken by His Highness with regards to science that they can be assured that he has a heart no less than they.
