Description | The Royal Society is organizing for H M Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, a scientific expedition to Uganda to study the outbreak of sleeping sickness. Foster has been directed to ask Low if he is willing to take part in the expedition. If yes, then he will be considered the responsible leader of the exhibition. Mr G Sowdon of the London Hospital will be in charge of the bacteriological investigation, and there probably will be a third person.
The Royal Society is prepared to provide the scientific outfit, but travelling and maintenance expenses will come from H M Government. |
