DescriptionThe Council have instructed Larmor to invite him to join a delegation to represent the Royal Society at the celebration of the centenary of the birth of Niels Henrik Abel, to be held at the University of Christiania from the 5 to 7 of September.

Other Fellows who it is understood will be present are Dr Henry Frederick Baker, Dr Ernest William Hobson, Professor Horace Lamb, Professor Augustus Edward Hough Love, Major Percy Alexander MacMahon and Professor Andrew Russell Forsyth.
