DescriptionApologizes for his omission in the letter sent by Foster and [Joseph] Larmor. Informs him threat the British Expedition accepts his offer on the conditions laid down by Mond, namely that the Council will undertake to conflate the Catalogue and Index for the last century in accordance with the resolutions of the Catalogue Committee. The Council presumes Mond has taken the necessary legal steps.
