DescriptionWilliam Cooke Daniels, accompanied by Dr C G Seligmann, Dr W M Strong, and A H Dunning are, with full approval and by aid of a grant from the Royal Society, about to travel to British New Guinea and probably the Solomon Islands, for the purposes of making investigations in areas including ethnography, geography and tropical pathology.

President and Council recommend their researches, and beg authorities in various districts they may visit provide them with such facilities that they may require.
