DescriptionAt the Committee of Papers today it was suggested that G W Walker's paper 'On the Theory of Refraction in Gases' had been sent to Thomson for his opinion as a referee. The paper has been published in 'Philsophical Transactions [of the Royal Society]', and Larmor requests the actual manuscript back to be deposited in the archives.
