DescriptionPresumes that the Academy of Sciences Berlin has sent the Academie des Sciences the names of the delegates of The Royal Society to the International Association of Academies. In case they have not, Harrison provides Darboux with a list of the names and addresses of the delegates: Lord Kelvin, Professor [Henry Edward] Armstrong, [Andrew Russell] Forsyth, Sir Michael Foster, Sir Archibald Geikie, Professor [Edwin] Ray Lankester, Sir [Joseph] Norman Lockyer, Professor [Arthur William] Rucker, Professor [Arthur] Schuster, Sir David Gill and Dr [Thomas Edward] Thorpe.

The vote of the Royal Society in the deliberations of the Association will be delivered by Lord Kelvin.
