TitleCopy letter from Sir Michael Foster, to Professor [James] Dewar, Fellow of the Royal Society

DescriptionFoster has been directed by President and Council to invite Dewar to deliver the Bakerian Lecture for this year, on the subject of the constituents of the atmosphere. It has been proposed that the lecture should be delivered on a Thursday in May, but the exact date and title is left to be arranged by Dewar if he wishes to accept.
