TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to J H M Furse
Date2 June 1902
DescriptionCouncil have acceded to his request to sell copies of the reverse of the design he made for the Hughes Medal at his exhibition, provided that the work secures the copyright of the Royal Society in the design.

There seems to have been a misunderstanding about the bronze medal sent by Mr Pinches to Furse. It is clear this was intended for the Royal Society, but there is no doubt that they would be willing to give him a bronze copy when one is struck at the Mint.
