Title | Copy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to The Clerk of Works, His Majesty's Office of Works |
Date | 11 June 1902 |
Description | The Royal Society are in considerable difficulty regarding the serious leakage in the stack pipe, of which they have already been informed. A large amount of water falls over electric fittings in the basement when it rains. It would be a grave situation if they were to be disturbed, as the Soiree is approaching. Asks if it is possible to divert the flow of rain on the roof from the gutter into the other stack pipes. |
