DescriptionMentioned to the Treasurer his difficulty regarding the purchase of an Annuity with a grant from the Royal Bounty fund for Mr Hogg. He would be willing to help, but not without a definite and direct request from Mr Balfour to him. He has requested Harrison to write to Parry to this effect, and he would be glad to do so, but only with a clearer idea of the facts.
