TitleCopy letter from Michael Foster, to Sir Arthur Godley
Date15 August 1902
DescriptionHas received Godley's letter of 13 August with enclosures on the Indian Observatories. Thinks it will be impossible to call the Committee together just now but thinks they should be able to summon a meeting early in September. In the meantime Foster is confident that the Society will be quite ready to make enquiries and give advice as to the selection of Mr Elliot's successor.
