DescriptionMr [Charles Vernon] Boys replied that he thought he could act as the Society's delegate on 19-21 October at the installation ceremony at North-Western University, Chicago.

Encloses a draft letter by Dr [Joseph] Larmor for approval and signature, informing the Registrar that a delegate will attend the ceremony [not enclosed]. Will send a copy of the letter, if approved, to Boys, together with any information.
