DescriptionWith reference to previous correspondence on the subject of the commission appointed to enquire into the Sleeping Sickness disease of Uganda and the neighboring territory, Harrison asks the Under Secretary to forward a telegram to Dr G C Low, the leader of the expedition, stating that the Committee decided Low should return by sea not by the Nile. Christy will return by the Nile as originally instructed.
