TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to R S Herries, Secretary of the Geological Society
Date22 October 1902
DescriptionAfter several applications to the Post Office authorities Harrison has heard only today officially that they have abandoned their intention to bring the telephone wire through the premises of the Geological Society and have decided on an alternative route through the basement of the Chemical Society. Regrets if he has caused Herries and Dr Blanford any unnecessary trouble. Asks Herries to consider his application of the week before last withdrawn.
