DescriptionSir Michael Foster directs Harrison to reply to Turner's letter to state that the matter of the Spectrographic[?] Chart of the Perth Observatory must be brought before Council. He believes that a case could be made for applying for a special grant from the Treasury through the Colonial Office. Foster suggests Turner should be prepared to handle the matter in the Council at their next meeting on 19 March.
