DescriptionIn answer to Shaw's letter of 2 August, White is instructed by the Chairman of the Committee to which Shaw's paper was referred, to reply that the Committee decided that the second part of Mr Schott's appendix was not to be printed, and as there will not be a meeting of the Committee for some time, this arrangement cannot be altered. Asks if in consequence sections 4b and 4c of Shaw's own paper requires modification. Encloses Shaw's paper and the first part of the appendix [not enclosed].
