DescriptionIn Reply to Sharpey-Shcafer's card, Council does not usually fix its meetings for the ensuing session until 1 November, but the general rule is to meet the third Thursday in the month, and meetings are already fixed for 22 October, 5 November and 30 November. The President yesterday instructed him to summon the first Council, for the morning of 22 October and there is likely to be a considerable amount of business.
