TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Sir William Huggins, President of the Royal Society

DescriptionProfessor Liveing was yesterday speaking to Harrison about the Radium which Professor [Pierre] Curie undertook to procure for the Committee appointed by the Royal Society to obtain and deal with a supply of this material, but which has not yet been received at the Society. Liveing wishes Harrison to write to Curie on the matter but Harrison wanted to ask if Huggins had heard anything before doing so.

Encloses a letter from Sir C Markham accompanying the joint letter [not enclosed].
