TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to the General Manager, General Post Office
Date29 October 1903
DescriptionWith reference to the Manager's communication of 19 October, complains that less than 24 hours notice was given as to the change of telephone number for the Royal Society and the large proportion of days, at least 25, since being installed, when the connection has failed altogether since installation. Thinks a rebate reasonable under the circumstances.
