Foster thinks they should put it on sale in the market as other Royal Society publications, the Society advertising it and sending copies for review in consultation with Herdman. Explains why it is not proposed to send the report on the exchange list of the 'Philosphical Transactions [of the Royal Society]'. It is not proposed to send it to all the Fellows, but it is proposed to offer it to Fellows at a reduced price. |
