TitleCopy letter from Joseph Larmor, to Professor William Fletcher Barrett, Fellow of the Royal Society
Date3 December 1903
DescriptionThe Physics Committee has been considering the paper by Mr Edmonds that Barrett proposed. The Committee has concluded that the first part of the paper is is not sufficiently in contact[?] with the mass of literature on the subject, and the results of the second part are not concordant. It would also be a pity to publish the work in a different form[?] than the other papers on the same material. Is instructed to suggest the withdrawal of the paper.
