DescriptionHarrison refers to his correspondence with the Foreign Office, and states that their most recent letter states that they have no means of forming an estimate of the costs of bringing over the Sleeping Sickness patients from Portugal, and ask the Royal Society to provide it on the basis that they know more about accommodation required and related matters. Harrison asks for Bruce's advice as they have no information.
