TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to Sir Archibald Geikie, Secretary, Royal Society
Date19 December 1903
DescriptionHarrison explains that it is usual for the Secretaries to pass the sheets of the Proceedings of the Royal Society, relating to their own branch of science, before they are sent to press, and in line with that custom he is sending Geikie two sheets which they hope to publish before Christmas. He clarifies that the papers have been corrected by their authors and checked by the Royal Society Office for typographical errors.

They have marked queries for Geikie's attention, and ask that he initial each sheet and return them as soon as possible.
