TitleCopy letter from Robert William Frederick Harrison, to the Editor, The Lancet
Date5 February 1904
DescriptionHarrison grants the Lancet permission to publish the note he sent the previous day with the authorised proof of the Paper ["The Significance of the Zoological Distribution, the Nature of the Mitoses, and the Transmissibility of Cancer" by Dr Bashford and Dr Murray], as an explanation for it appearing in their publication a week later than in the British Medical Journal.

He refers to no one by name in order to remove the Royal Society from the claims of different Journals, but believes that its wording is sufficiently clear.
