DescriptionLarmor has been instructed by the President to send the six copies of a letter from H M Treasury regarding the Meteorological Service for the confidential information of the Meteorological Council [no enclosures].

The letter will be taken into consideration by the Council at their next meeting on 27 October, and the President will be glad to communicate to them any observations on the subject which the Meteorological Council may desire to offer.
