DescriptionThe Royal Society has received a letter from the Foreign Office asking that Lord Lansdowne may be furnished with the views of the President regarding an invitation from the Committee of arrangements of the Eighth International Geographic Congress for H M Government to be represented by one or more delegates at the Congress. Asks if a similar letter has been sent to the Royal Geographical Society, and if so, what steps they propose to take in the matter.
