DescriptionSending the new forms of certificates with the Regulations governing the proposal of candidates for the Fellowship, and so he send the new terms. The last day for receiving them is 31 December, and each certificate must be signed by six Fellows, of whom three must certify their recommendation from personal knowledge. This has also been sent on to Lord Kelvin, as he requested.
