|Fears that he is not in a position to be of much more use to him regarding the Indian Advisory Committee. Sir William Dyer, who was appointed Chairman last year, took away all of the papers which Harrison was keeping for the Committee, and has not returned them. If he can get hold of them, he will certainly send them to him.
