TitleCopy letter from Herbert Rix, to Professor Alfred George Greenhill, Fellow of the Royal Society, 3 Staples Inn, W.C.
Date26 April 1889
Description'Dear Prof Greenhill,
I cannot remember what was settled about Capt [Captain] Holden. We are very short of exhibits & if his is at all good, we shall be very glad to have it. I fancy it was decided in the affirmative, but I cannot be sure. Will you tell me? We have sent him an invitation.
Yours faithfully,
Herbert Rix
Asst. Sec. RS [Assistant Secretary, Royal Society]'.
